Imagine two guys from Limerick in tracksuits, with plastic carrier bags on their heads, performing demented hip-hop songs with titles like "Horse Outside', 'I Wanna Fight your Father' and 'Spastic Hawk'. Intrigued? Of course you are.
Rubberbandits are an Irish stage act who have been YouTube sensations, been picked up by RTE and Channel 4, and have won the coveted Malcolm Hardee Award for Comic Originality, so are clearly one of the must-see acts of this year's Dave's Leicester Comedy Festival. For a taster of the boys in action, check out their '10-million-views' YouTube hit Horse Outside. Their show takes place at Firebug on Saturday 9th February (ie, this very Saturday) at 10pm, and we have two tickets to give away to you lucky punters, courtesy of Bottle Rocket Comedy Club!

The gig's on Saturday, so the competition will close at 10pm on Thursday 7th Feb to give us just enough time to choose a winner and get their name etched in gold leaf on the tickets (that won't be happening by the way). One winner will be chosen at random, no alternative prizes offered if you can't make the gig, hamster's decision is final etc etc.
